What a treasure to find! I am so guilty of not printing my digital photos of my own kids, I really really really need to be better about this.

Thank you for sharing this. Just so special to see after all those years, I bet. My dad was a videographer and my step-mom spent endless hours converting our Super8′s turned VHS into DVD’s. What a treasure they are for us now. Capturing your life, whether with your own camera, with a professional or ideally, both, is one of the most priceless treasures parents and grandparents can leave behind. Way better than material goods.

I love reading your thought process behind it all, Julie. I’m a big fan of radishes as well – nice to have that in common ;) and I’m so happy to see your B&Ws! I considered that – love what you’ve done here. That pomegranate looks so yummy. It’s like you can taste the juiciness right through the screen!
Loving all the different organic shapes on these. The shadows are really beautiful on the pears and I love the pomegranate. I’m with you – don’t love the way they taste, but they do photograph beautifully!
